My company recently completed some work for you at Faith Mclure Law (www.FaithMcClureLaw.com) and PreventIt Law (www.PreventItLaw.com), yet your invoice is still unpaid and you won't return any phone calls, respond to any emails, or acknowledge that you have an obligation to make payment for work that was completed. Is this how you operate, Faith? Boston can be such a small town.
Why Faith, why?
Don't you remember that you called in a panic because your web sites were BROKEN? Don't you remember that we helped you out "same day," and didn't charge you rush charges? Why, we didn't even charge you in ten minute increments! Do you give your clients the same leeway, Faith? ...Faith?
Why Faith, why?
You claim on your web site to be a champion for "Small Business and Nonprofit Law" in the state of Massachusetts, yet you won't pay your bill or even acknowledge your obligation. Is this how you champion for your clients?
Is that what you see as the right thing to do?
We are so disappointed in you Faith McClure. But you can hold your head up in GREAT DISTINCTION as the ONLY CLIENT in ELEVEN YEARS that has FAILED TO PAY. Yep, you're number one!
We so treasure the last words you wrote to us before vanishing (oops, turned out you moved your offices and forgot to tell us)...Don't you remember writing "Thank you for your quick attention to this! Please send me an invoice for the work already completed. I'll let you know when I am ready to move ahead with additional items."
Hmmmm, turned out the only additional item you had in mind was to vacate the Beverly office and move to Boston.
Why Faith, why?
Do you feel that since you moved that it's OK to leave some obligations behind as well?
Don't you remember...
We sent you an invoice on September 4, 2007, yet you never responded.
Don't you remember...
We sent you a statement on November 4, 2007, yet you never responded.
Don't you remember...
We emailed you at faith@PreventItLaw.com on November 30, 2007 with a copy of the invoice, yet you never responded.
Don't you remember...
We called you on December 4, 2007 at (617) 290-1579 and you didn't answer...big surprise...so a voice mail, yet you never returned the call.
Don't you remember...
Yet that same day, you issued a press release about moving to your new offices at 92 State Street, 9th Floor in Boston so that you could better serve the small businesses of this state.
Don't you remember...
So just in case, we sent you another invoice on December 10, 2007 to your new address at 92 State Street in Boston - you must have forgotten to tell us - and, big surprise, you never responded.
Don't you remember...
So just in case, we emailed you at faith@PreventItLaw.com on December 18, 2007 regarding same and, big surprise, you never responded.
Why Faith, why?
We're so very disappointed in you Faith McClure. But we'll do everything we can to bring more traffic to your web sites. Maybe we can arrange for a pay-per-click program? Call us, we'll have lunch!
